TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR PATRONS, WAYNE LAKES BEACH WILL ENFORCE A *ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON ANYONE WHO BREAKES THE RULES.

 

*ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: ONE WARNING WILL BE ISSUED PER PATRON = IF IGNORED OR RECURRING IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE BEACH FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY. THE DATE OF RETURN (IF ANY) TO BE DETERMINED BY THE MANAGER.

 

 

RULES

ALWAYS obey the lifeguards or manager on duty!

NO distracting or talking to lifeguards.

NO swimming under the docks or raft

NO more than one(1) person on ladder, diving boards, or slide.

NO jumping on or at other swimmers.

NO jumping on or at floatation devices.

NO running on docks or raft.

NO swimming outside of marker buoys

NO diving off the beach dock

NO throwing of sand or rocks

NO profane language

NO dunking.

NO alcohol

NO dogs allowed inside the fenced area

NO LITTERING dispose of trash!

ALWAYS be respectful of others!

ALWAYS be respectful of beach property!

SMOKING IN DESIGNATED AREA ONLY !!

NO throwing cigarette butts on the ground or smoking will be BANNED!
