The community building is the main gathering point in our village for everything from the village council meeting to the latest club events. This building was built back in 1952 and has been kept up very well. With new bathrooms installed last year this building is an excellent example of rustic styling nestled between two lakes and many pine trees for shade and beauty. You can listen to the wind blow through the pines and the genital pine scent that will accompany your exploration of the patio out back. Quiet, scenic, with beautiful wildlife near by. You may even catch a glimpse of a swan.
This is the perfect building for any wedding reception or reunion. With a full kitchen including; a stove, refrigerator, and a serving window at your disposal it makes any event a breeze. There is also a fire pit for your use. The rugged country styling is softened by a working gas fireplace along with a good heating and cooling system to make your event as pleasant as possible. Plenty of; tables, chairs, and a small stage will make it easy to set-up your event. This venue will help make any special event a lasting memory.

Resident of Wayne Lakes: $150.00
Non-Resident: $180.00
Deposit: $50.00
The deposit will be refunded after confirmation that building was left clean, and nothing was broken.
